Negroni Week just wrapped up but we know just how to continue the celebration - with a drink in hand of course! Ty's go-to drink lately is a Negroni and probably because it's such a classic - crisp with a hint of sweet that feels old world but fresh.

We're shaking things up by making our Negronis with @cooperscraft Barrel Reserve to create a Boulevardier -- the bourbon drinker's Negroni! And because no cocktail hour would be complete without nibbles, I've created the perfect panini recipe to fall in love with as well!

COOPERS' CRAFT BOULEVARDIER
1 1/2 oz. Coopers' Craft Barrel Aged Reserve
1 oz. @campariofficial
1 oz. sweet vermouth
ice

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously to combine. Pour over ice in cocktail glass and enjoy!

PERFECTLY SAVORY SAVVY PANINI

1 small loaf fresh sourdough bread, ends removed
3 oz. prosciutto slices
4 oz. sliced fresh mozzarella
1/2 honeycrisp apple, sliced thinly
truffle-infused honey
salt + pepper
creamy butter

Turn panini press on to preheat. Butter the outside of the loaf (top and bottom) then layer prosciutto, mozzarella slices, apple slices and truffle honey onto one side. Season with salt and pepper then top before placing into panini press. Grill until toasted golden brown and cheese begins to slightly melt.

saturday night’s alright for biting… into this big ole bowl of SHEET PAN CASHEW CHICKEN 🌶🥦🐓 seriously one of our faves because all you do is throw everything on a pan, douse with sauce and roast it up. a one stop shop!! the chicken stays juicy, the veggies get crispy and the sauce is so flavorful. oh and the cashews! so creamy and crunchy!
