5 Ingredient Tortellini Bake

package refrigerated tortellini

Lb
ground turkey

24 oz.
jar of marinara sauce

Cup
pesto
jarred or fresh
1/2
Cup
mozzarella
shredded
1/2
Cup
water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown ground turkey by heating 1 tbsp. Oil then cooking ground turkey until no longer pink. Set aside.
In a deep sided pan or Dutch oven, spray bottom with cooking spray then add tortellini, browned ground turkey and marinara. Stir to combine.
Add in water then top with spoonfuls of pesto.
Top with shredded cheese then cover. Bake for 20 mins.
Remove cover then bake for 5 more mins.
Let cool slightly then enjoy! Makes for great leftovers as well.
