Ingredients

cherry tomatoes
halved

english cucumber
peeled and diced

oz
mozzarella balls
halved

shallot
thinly sliced

15 oz can
cannellini beans
drained and rinsed
1/4
cup
prepared pesto

tbsp
red wine vinegar
1
tsp
kosher salt
1/2
tsp
pepper
Instructions
Gently toss everything together in a large bowl and let sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
This salad will keep well in the refrigerator, too!
