Air Fryer Miso Salmon Bowls

For the salmon
2
pre-proportioned 6-8 oz. salmon filets
3
tbsp
light miso paste
2
tbsp
soy sauce or aminos
1
tbsp
sesame oil
1
tsp
brown sugar
For serving (optional but suggested for the bowl)
arugula
steamed jasmine or sushi rice
steamed broccoli
avocado slices
sesame seeds
pickled ginger
spicy mayo
mayo or greek yogurt + sriracha
Instructions
Set air fryer to 400 degrees and preheat if necessary.
Spray air fryer tray very well with cooking spray or line with tin foil first.
Using a sharp chef's knife, cut salmon into bite-sized pieces (option to remove skin).
Combine salmon glaze ingredients together and pour over cut up salmon, tossing well.
Air fry your salmon for 7-9 minutes, being careful not to burn or overcook. Let cool slightly before adding to bowls.
Arrange in bowl with optional ingredients and enjoy!
