Asian Glazed Sheet Pan Salmon
Fresh salmon filets drizzled in a paleo-friendly, slightly sticky, soy-flavored glaze is baked in less than 15 minutes on a sheet pan! The ideal weeknight meal!

fresh salmon filets
¼
cup
liquid aminos or coconut aminos
3
tbsp.
dijon mustard
3
cloves
garlic
minced
3
tbsp.
avocado oil
2
tbsp.
ginger paste
1
tbsp.
honey or agave nectar
optional for serving
chopped green onions + sliced avocado
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Prep a sheet pan by lining with foil and spraying lightly with cooking spray. Place salmon filets onto foil.
In a bowl ideally with a spout, whisk together all ingredients for glaze (everything listed except the salmon).
Pour half of the glaze over the salmon, trying not to get too much liquid on the foil.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on your desired doneness. I cook for 15!
Serve by pouring remaining glaze over baked salmon and top with green onions if using!
