package refrigerated tortellini

24 oz.
jar of marinara sauce
1/2
Cup
water

Cup
pesto
jarred or fresh
1/2
Cup
mozzarella
shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a deep-sided pan or Dutch oven, brown the ground turkey by heating 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, then cook the ground turkey until it’s no longer pink.
Add tortellini and marinara. Stir to combine.
Add in water then top with spoonfuls of pesto.
Top with shredded cheese then cover. Bake for 20 mins.
Remove cover then bake for 5 more mins.
Let cool slightly then enjoy! Makes for great leftovers as well.
