Set air fryer to 390º degrees and preheat if necessary.
Spray air fryer tray very well with cooking spray or line with tin foil first.
Using a sharp chef's knife, cut salmon into bite-sized pieces (option to remove skin). Place into a medium bowl.
Whisk salmon glaze ingredients together and pour over cut up salmon, tossing well. If glaze is too thick to pour, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time to thin.
Spray air fryer basket and grate well with avocado oil spray. Use slotted spoon or tongs to shake off excess glaze and place pieces in one even layer into basket.
Air fry your salmon for 7-9 minutes, being careful not to burn or overcook. Let cool slightly before adding to bowls.
Arrange in bowl with optional ingredients and enjoy!
