4-oz. log of goat cheese, any flavor (I used chevre & honey), softened
1/3
cup
fig jam

tbsp
honey

tbsp
balsamic vinegar

tbsp
chopped pecans
1
sprig rosemary
finely chopped
Crackers for serving
Instructions
Spread softened goat cheese onto a low bowl or plate.
In a small saucepan, warm the fig jam, honey, and balsamic vinegar, whisking to combine (about 5 minutes).
Let the mixture cool slightly, then pour over the goat cheese.
Top the jam mixture with chopped pecans and chopped rosemary.
Arrange crackers on the side of the spread and enjoy warm or at room temperature!
