pomegranate arils

of pomegranate juice
Instructions
Place 3 cranberries into each ice cube tray mold.
Distribute the rosemary leaves and pomegranate seeds evenly across two ice cube trays.
Pour the pomegranate juice into each mold, filling them about 3/4ths full.
Cover the trays and carefully transfer them to the freezer. Freeze overnight.
Take 2 frozen pomegranate ice cubes from the tray and place them into a champagne coupe (or a wine glass!) glass.
Pop your favorite champagne, pour over the ice cubes and enjoy!
