Easy, healthy lunch recipes for your littles!
I have loved giving the babies the same thing we are eating, just slightly modified. Not only does it make them happy, but it makes preparing their food so much simpler!
For today’s lunch, Rox and Ry are having:
- Steamed broccoli
- Coconut rice: 1 cup jasmine rice cooked with 1 can of light coconut milk + 1/3 cup water
- Rotisserie chicken drumstick
I love being able to use every part of the rotisserie chicken and they’ve enjoyed gnawing on the leg! I pull off the skin all over and remove the meat from the bone to make it easier to grip.
