Why You’ll Love This Margarita

✔️ It’s pink! (Because aesthetics matter, obvi)
✔️ It’s got a spicy twist! (Sweet meets heat for the ultimate flavor explosion)
✔️ It’s refreshingly fizzy! (Thanks to an optional splash of Topo Chico)
✔️ It’s dangerously delicious. (You’ve been warned!!!)

What You’ll Need

Equipment:

  • Blender or food processor
  • Cocktail glasses (preferably cute ones)

Ingredients (Makes 2 Cocktails):

  • 🍓 10 strawberries, destemmed
  • 💚 2 limes, juiced
  • 🌶 ¼ jalapeño, with seeds for extra heat or without for a milder sip
  • 🍯 2 tsp. agave nectar (sweet but subtle)
  • 🍶 2 oz. Socorro Blanco tequila (or sub Reposado for a smoother twist)
  • 🍊 2 oz. orange liqueur (like Jalisco Orange or Grand Marnier)
  • 🌶 Tajín seasoning salt, for rim magic
  • 🫧 Topo Chico mineral water (optional, but recommended for that effervescent oomph)

How to Make Strawberry Jalapeño Margaritas

1. Blend It Up

Slice your strawberries in half and toss them into a blender. Squeeze in the juice from both limes and add your jalapeño (seeds in for fire, seeds out for mild heat). Pulse to blend until smooth.

2. Add the Good Stuff

Pour in your Socorro tequila, orange liqueur, and a drizzle of agave nectar. Give it another quick blend—just enough to mix everything into a cocktail-worthy potion.

3. Rim & Ice, Baby

Run a lime wedge around the rim of your cocktail glasses, then dip them into Tajín for that zesty, salty-spicy finish. Fill your glasses with ice.

4. Pour & Fizz

Strain or pour the strawberry-jalapeño mix over ice. For a little extra sparkle, top with a splash of Topo Chico.

5. Sip, Toast, and Enjoy!

Garnish with a strawberry slice, a jalapeño ring, or just go straight in for a sip. Cheers to Galentine’s, girl power, and really, really good margaritas! 💖✨

Make It Your Own!

💡 Want it even spicier? Toss in more jalapeño or add a dash of chili powder.
💡 Prefer it extra sweet? Up the agave or blend in a splash of simple syrup.
💡 Frozen Marg Vibes? Blend everything with ice instead of serving it over the rocks.
