This smoothie is one of my personal favorites. Packed with nutritious spinach, dates, and gut-boosting greek yogurt, this green booster will make you look and feel good from the inside out.

Happy Gut Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 pitted dates
- handful of ice
