There’s nothing I love more than a thick and creamy green smoothie. In fact, I try to start every day with one so I get a full serving of greens before the day really begins.

This smoothie is one of my personal favorites. Packed with nutritious spinach, dates, and gut-boosting greek yogurt, this green booster will make you look and feel good from the inside out.

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 pitted dates
  • handful of ice

  • Combine all ingredients and blend from low to high speed until combined. Enjoy immediately!
