No matter which recipes I choose for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there’s one meal I can bank on making every day: a smoothie! This time, I’ve gone for a spinach-packed berry smoothie. With dates, chia seeds, hemp hearts, greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and of course, mixed berries, this deep purple smoothie is as scrumptious as it is filling. Plus, the spinach is absolutely undetectable, making this perfect even for the vegetable-averse!

With plenty of protein, fiber, and nutrient-rich additives like chia seeds and hemp hearts, this smoothie packs a delicious and nutritious punch that will keep you going all day long.

  • 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 medjool dates pitted
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup organic frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • granola for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • In a high speed blender, blend until smooth, then top with granola!
