Easy Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Bake Recipe

Easy Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Bake Recipe

One of my favorite memories growing up was devouring the homemade cinnamon rolls my mom would make for us before we opened gifts on Christmas morning. The warm, gooey cinnamon roll pieces would melt in our mouths, and that sweet smell of cinnamon rolls baking in the oven was enough to get everyone out of bed early (besides the excitement of opening Christmas gifts!). It’s the kind of breakfast that’s perfect for the holidays or special occasions, making those moments even more memorable.

Why I love this recipe!

What I love most about this easy cinnamon roll breakfast bake is how it lets you skip some of the from-scratch steps while still tasting out of this world! Using premade rolls means you can have a warm, comforting dish on the table in no time, but it’s the buttery, brown sugar pecan topping that really makes it stand out. As it bakes, the topping melts into the rolls, creating a gooey, sweet glaze that makes every bite feel like a little indulgence. It’s my secret weapon for creating truly special breakfasts.

This recipe has totally earned its viral status—it’s honestly better than Cinnabon, in my opinion!

    pecans.

Savvy Tips!

Make Ahead: You can prep this the night before by covering the greased baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerating it overnight. The next morning, just pop it in the oven for a delicious breakfast casserole that’s ready to serve.

Double the Recipe: If you have a whole family or are serving it for a larger special breakfast, you can easily double the recipe. Use two cans of cinnamon rolls and a larger casserole dish.

Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2–3 days. To reheat, just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds or heat it in the oven at 350ºF for 10-15 minutes.
